I've seen that i can protect the access with a password and also use the application with the autorizations of a user/administrator - but how these passwords are saved ? - have you got the passwords on your side ? - are they encrypted or hashed ? - it's on this side that i would know more.

This "protection" prevents a casual user to mess with the settings of the program via the user interface. It doesn't prevent a more advanced user to find the ini file located in the program's directory and change it. It's not a security feature per se, but just to make it a little more complicated for the random non-technical user.

i did some tests and i can see that passwords are saved on the .ini, but they are encrypted, that's all i wanted to know - thanks for this usefull application :)
